A well-lit villa with a big swimming-pool and a spacious garden, only 80 meters away from a sandy beach with a private hut and 24/7 surveillance service throughout the year. The villa is built out of stone and is surrounded by a beautiful private garden of 3.000 sqm, partly shaded by tall pine trees and is equipped with a seating area, a barbecue and a large table for pleasant outdoor dining. Moreover the garden - full of roses, aromatic plants and pines - is fenced off and has its own entrance gate from the road.
The property is immersed in the wonderful pine forest of Roccamare whose private park is fully fenced and controlled by a keeper, and the beach is blue flagged (quality and clean sea). Roccamare has one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches of the entire Tuscan Coast and all villas have a direct access to the beach. This makes it a safe place for families and children. The white sandy beach is for the exclusive use of the villa owners and their guests.
The guests of the villa have their private beach hut with table and chairs as wel as a private cabin (to be used as a changing room or a room to keep beach equipment). No access is allowed to this area to unauthorized people.
The villa offers a beautiful dining room and a big living room with DVD – plasma TV, well equipped kitchen, five double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bedroom perfect for staff and a total of eight bathrooms. Most of the rooms have direct access to the garden.
