Capella is located in stunning position in Pallanza in the pedestrian area of the village on the shore of Lake Maggiore. It is part of an historical property well known in the area as wedding location.

Living in Capella means embracing the lake from all the windows; walking through a park full of fragrant trees and flowers, which runs for 300 yards on the lake shore; bathing and sunbathing on the private beach accesible from the SPA area by a staircase leading to the lake; relaxing in the Finnish sauna and hot outdoor jacuzzi or in the turkish bath indoor; breathing the pure air of the Villa parks, over 30 hectares of greenery that surround the property. These parks, the lake and the Alps are the only things in sight from the house. You can enjoy a lunch in one of the three outdoor picnic areas, veritable open-air dining rooms; you can read a book or listen to music on the shore of the lake, or by the water lily pond sitting on the large circular stone seat in contemplation of the lake.

The villa is 300 sq. mt. (3,200 sq feet) arranged over two floors, one for the living area, one for the bedrooms. The house can easily accommodate up to 8 people in its newly renovated rooms. It used to be the Chapel of the main property on the estate and it has been recently completely rebuilt by a clever architect. Feature include flat screen TV, Satellite TV, DVD player and Internet Wi-fi, a fireplace and a guest bathroom with shower. The dining area with glass table seats 8 guests while the kitchenette is fitted with all accesories. On the lower level there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single with baths and one master bedroom with lake front sun deck on the lower. The sleepeng area has also a small living area with a sofa (convertible to bed) and a terrace overlooking the lake. Two of the bedrooms enjoy direct access to the gardens.

The property benefits from a spectacular view and immaculate garden with blossoming mimosa, azaleas and Jasmine. Outdoor Jacuzzi, barbecue area and lake front gazebo are also part of the facilities. Four bicycles and one canoe are also available for guests. Covered parking space for 2 cars.

The house includes everything you should need, but if you have special needs we will try to fulfil them. Milan Malpensa Airport is only a 40 minute drive away.

The villa is peacefully situated in Pallanza Verbania. A cycling/walking path passes by the house and runs along the lake until the charming village center of Pallanza at 1.5 kms. At 100 meters there is a ferry station taking you anywhere on the lake from the Borromeo Islands, Stresa, the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the Angera castle, all the way to Switzerland.
