Castelfiorentino is a recently renovated villa which is set in the heart of the Italian countryside and includes everything you'd expect from a Tuscan villa holiday - views over the countryside and rolling hills, peace and tranquillity and beautifully maintained gardens. The décor is delightfully light and provides a welcome retreat from the summer sun; air conditioning is also included throughout. The villa's private swimming pool is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the best Tuscany that has to offer.

Perched on the crest of a small hill top, surrounded by ancient Tuscan cypress trees, the villa dominates the surrounding countryside and offers the awe-inspiring panoramic views. Mediterranean terraces surround the house and lead down to the fields and woodlands which offer total privacy, peace and quiet. The nearly 300 m2 living space is divided into two floors and can easily accommodate up to 12 people in six comfortable en-suite bedrooms. The nearby town of Montaione offers all amenities you could need during your stay including restaurants, bars and shops. From here you can easily reach all major destinations Tuscany is famous for including San Gimignano, just a half hour drive away, and Florence, Chianti, Pisa, Siena and Lucca which are all accessible within an hour.

• The road to the villa is unpaved but in fair condition.

Inclusions

• Maid service 2 hours from Monday to Friday.
• Exclusive use of the swimming pool (14 x 7m / 45.9 x 23ft).
• Internet. Please be advised that due to the rural location of the property the internet connection might be intermittent and at an inferior speed than what you are used to.  
• Cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity).
• Arrival set of bed linen, bath and pool towels.

Extra Services

• Extra maid service - available on request. Not available on Saturdays. 
• Chef service (professional service) - available from EUR 80 per person (based on a minimum of 6 guests) to include 4 courses, groceries, time to do the shopping and clearing up afterwards.
• Cookery class - available from EUR 110 per person (based on a minimum of 4 guests).
• 3 course pre-prepared lunch or dinner can be delivered to the villa from EUR 40 per person (min. 6 people), payable locally in cash. The meal only needs to be reheated and is swiftly ready.
• Pre-arrival grocery shopping - available at EUR 30 (up to 8 guests) or EUR 50 (up to 10 guests) plus the cost of items. The service is available up to a grocery cost of EUR 200. This service is included within our A&K Hosted offering.
• Transfer from Florence Airport to the villa (one way): Mercedes Sprinter (for 8 passengers) available from EUR 210. (Please note: between 7pm and 7am a supplement of 20% applies). 
• Transfer from Pisa Airport to the villa (one way): Mercedes Sprinter (for 8 passengers) available from EUR 320. (Please note: between 7pm and 7am a supplement of 20% applies). 
• We are also able to arrange all manner of additional activities to enhance your villa experience such as transfers, guided touring and sightseeing options, tutored wine tasting, art classes and hot-air ballooning.
