Right on Piazza Santa Croce on the quiet third floor of an historic palazzo, just off the elevator, all three bedrooms in this apartment overlook inner courtyards, one with a private terrace. The elegant and spacious living room, with working fireplace, overlooks the square of Piazza Santa Croce, as does the separate dining room, with seating for 8 to 10 guests.

Building dates back to the second half of sixteenth century , in a perfect position inside Piazza Santa Croce, in the heart of Florence city center. The facade of the building is one of the most relevant elements of the entire Square. The walll decoration consists of beautiful paintings which represent allegorical illustrations, cherubs, flowers, arabesque and plant elements. In this district there are streets full of shops, delightful restaurants and within a few minutes walk it's possible to reach the most important monuments of Florence.

Apartment is on one level in classical Florentine style ( 183sq.mt - 1969 sq.ft) can host up to 6 people and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. At the entrance there is a living room furnished with comfy couches and flat screen Tv . On the left side of the living area there is the connecting door to dining room with 6 seater dining table; follows the modern and well equipped kitchen. A corridor connects the living area with the sleeping area: on the right is the first double bedroom( mattress with 160 cm - can be divided ) and windows overlooking the rooftops, in front of this bedroom is a bathroom with bathtube, on the left is the second double bedroom (mattress with 160 cm - can be divided) and access to the private terrace and the ensuite bathroom with shower. Continuing to the left and going down 4 steps it's possible to reach the third bedroom with two single beds (mattress with 90cm - cannot be joined together) with en suite bathroom with shower and curtain.

Air conditioning: one split for each bedroom, one split in the living room, one in the dining room, one in the kitchen and one in the corridor.
