Garda is a newly restored villa set within the relaxing countryside of a private fenced in estate of 1.30 hectares/3.25 acres. Located just a short drive to the ancient medieval town of Lazise, which is a walk away.

From the villa there is a splendid view of the Lake Garda, which can be admired by the terraces and from the garden of villa Cosante. The modern style of the interior decoration adds an elegant atmosphere to all the rooms. Nestled in the hills, the garden of the villa is surrounded by centuries old trees which delimitate it from the rest of the private property. Walking throughout pathways among the private vineyards, olive trees, fruit orchards and small vegetable gardens are an invitation to relax.

The villa hosts a maximum of 14 guests (8 guests in double-beds, 6 guests in sofa-bed). The sleeping area is composed of 4 independent suites with private bathroom, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV. Three of the suite bedrooms are located on the first floor; some of them are furnished with sofa beds. The dining area is a large cozy area equipped with all the latest comforts and a well-equipped modern kitchen. Just outside the sitting room, there is an outdoor dining covered area with table.

The caretaker lives in a separate entrance as he will be there only to assist in case of need, respecting totally the guests’ privacy. For those who like playing golf, there are 3 golf courses in the area. Also on request it is possible to arrange wine tasting tours or rent a boat.

On request it is possible to arrange helicopter tours with take-off and landing in the park of the villa, private boat tours, wine tastings, private chef, personal shopper, tourist guide, private chauffeur, land aundry service.

Non smoking villa. No pets allowed. No pets allowed. All taxes and Electricity up to 300kwh., included.

There are also sofa beds that could sleep an additional 6 people, for a total maximum occupancy of 14.

Exclusions

Refundable security deposit: 100 Euro. Cooking service 330 Euros per meal (plus the cost of food), extra maid service 25 Euros per hour, heating 1,5 Euros/kwh, pool heating 1,5 Euros/kwh, air conditioning 0,50 Euros/kwh. Final cleaning to be paid cash upon arrival:l 350 Euros.
