The sweeping sea views, are a highlight of this stunning, island villa. Villa Filicudi features traditional Aeolian architecture, with white columns delimiting the panoramic terraces. The villa has several outdoor spaces, with breathtaking terraces, shaded areas protected by porticos and pergolas . The inner rooms arrange in rows with seaward facing rooms, as in all typical Filicudi houses. This rental consists of an elegant living room, a beautiful kitchen, and three double bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms have independent entrances and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a guest bathroom close to the kitchen.

Exterior Details -

Villa Filicudi is located in the neighborhood of Portella, a short drive (about 15 minutes) from the village of Pecorini mare. In Pecorini you will find typical seafood restaurants by the sea, boat and scooter rentals, small shops and markets. The ‘Triolo’ bar is also located on this part of the island and is the quintessential spot for sunset drinks. Additionally there is a stone beach for you to have a swim. Filicudi Porto, the main village, is on the other side of the island, about the same distance from the holiday rental as Pecorini.
