Villa Paradiso

An amazing property located not far from the Ligurian coast in Ruta di Camogli, a stunning place at the foot of Mount Portofino in the Golfo Paradiso (in the province of Genoa), just a 5 minute drive away from the beautiful sea town of Camogli and 10 minutes from the charming and iconic Portofino. It looks like a string of beautiful houses scattered along the hill. Because of its position it enjoys great views of the Ligurian coast from every corner of the property. The villa was built in the sixties and then later renovated, creating traditional and comfortable spaces. The villa is sorrounded by beautiful fruit trees, olive trees and Mediterranean plants.

The villa is sorrounded by a garden that is spread over many levels along the hill. In the upper part you will fina a long pool (18 meters), covered with mosaic structure on a bed of rock. This is just another area where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Ligurian coast.

The villa itself is spread out over 2 levels. The entry doorway give access to a hallway that leads to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a 5 ring stove, microwave, toaster, American coffee and espresso machines, oven, two refrigerators, and everything else you may need. The corridor ends in the large living room, where internal stairs bring you to a loft, which has access to a large terrace with a stunning view over Golfo Paradiso and Camogli. This panoramic lounge has comfortable white sofas. The hallway also leads to one bedroom with 3 single bed and a bathroom across the hall, one maids room with bath, and three other bedrooms with queen beds and en suite baths (one of the double bedroom has access from the garden). In the garden there is a laundry room, multiple dining areas with a pizza oven, grill, covered table for twelve, sinks and showers.
